4 mile walk

simple strength (# of reps applies to each

side aka 30 left & 30 right)

30 bird dog

30 pelvic tilts

30 clams 

50 side leg raises

30 toe taps

30 second wall sit (x2)

30 second side plank (x2)

50 squats

25 lunges

 REPEAT everything 2 times
